The Ricki Lake Show paired 3 brides-to-be with three fitness experts for the Bridal Boot Camp challenge. Distinguished fitness gurus Craig Ramsay, Dr. Ian Smith and Jeanette Jenkins are tasked with helping Lisa, Crystal, and Jenni make healthier food choices with assigned workouts that will get them in shape for the big day.
We met our brides and their personal trainers on the "Bridal Boot Camp" episode February 27. The brides and their mentors return to the show Tuesday, May 21 for the big reveal. Which bride will be the biggest loser? Check your local listings

About Jenni:

Lisa has never had to watch what she eats, and has no idea how to lose the extra pounds for her upcoming nuptials. Her fiancé, Stan, doesn't care what size she is, but supports her decision to slim down. Her guilty pleasures include potatoes with gravy and margaritas.

Crystal's weaknesses are candy bars and loaded hot dogs. The 32-year-old bride says she's been overweight all her life and given unflattering nicknames. For the past 10 months, she's been on an eating spree with the stress of losing her two sisters and an impending marriage to her fiancé Rob.
Crystal's personal trainer is Ian K. Smith, M.D., the best-selling author of "Shred: The Revolutionary Diet" "The Fat Smash Diet," "Extreme Fat Smash Diet," who appeared on VH-1's Celebrity Fit Club and a medical contributor on "The Rachael Ray Show." Dr. Smith instructed to follow his SHRED diet which combines a low GI diet, meal spacing and meal replacements.
