Distinguished fitness gurus Craig Ramsay, Dr. Ian Smith and Jeanette Jenkins are tasked with helping Lisa, Crystal, and Jenni make healthier food choices with assigned workouts that will get them in shape for the big day.

Crystal's weaknesses are candy bars and loaded hot dogs. The 32-year-old bride says she's been overweight all her life and given unflattering nicknames. For the past 10 months, she's been on an eating spree with the stress of losing her two sisters and an impending marriage to her fiancé Rob.
Crystal's personal trainer is Ian K. Smith, M.D., the best-selling author of "Shred: The Revolutionary Diet" "The Fat Smash Diet," "Extreme Fat Smash Diet," who appeared on VH-1's Celebrity Fit Club and a medical contributor on "The Rachael Ray Show." Dr. Smith instructed to follow his SHRED diet which combines a low GI diet, meal spacing and meal replacements.
