The Challenge: Start moving more!

This week, start becoming aware of how much you MOVE throughout your day and make an effort to move more.

Ways to move more throughout your day:

• Take the stairs

• Walk faster!

• Walk the long way

• Talk standing up, at home or office

• Park at the end of the parking lot, don’t look for the close spaces

• Don’t call people in your office, walk to their office.

• Take a walk at lunch

• Dance or play outside with your kids
