The Ricki Lakes Show teams up with Goodwill
The Ricki Lake Show has teamed up with Goodwill Southern California for September to give back. When you come to a taping of the show in September and October, please bring new or gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, books and e-media with you and Goodwill will send you a receipt for your donations. Every time you donate to Goodwill, you help individuals with disabilities and disadvantages in your community prepare for and secure sustainable employment. In fact, 82% of every dollar raised through the sale of donated goods at Goodwill’s across the country support employment education and training, work experience and job placement services for those in need. And, donating to Goodwill is a great way to care for the earth by keeping items out of landfills. That’s Good for Everyone!
