amazing kid: boy learns cpr from movie & saves sister
Tristan was 9-years-old when he sprung into action to save his baby sister's life using CPR, which he learned from watching the movie "Black Hawk Down."
TheRickiLakeShow.com caught up with the mini-hero after he appeared on "My Child Saved A Life" episode where he talked to Ricki Lake about his courageous act that saved his two-year-old sibling. Watch clip.
Now 11, Tristan hopes more kids will learn CPR so they, too, can save a life. He adds everyone, even an "old person" should learn the life saving technique.
Tristan wants to be a medic when he grows up, but in the meantime, the young boy tells us he has the most fun playing football, wrestling, and studying martial arts. With a first degree black belt in taekwondo, this boy might be saving other lives or his own in the near future.
