Trent calls himself a "donor sexual" which means 100% of his sexual energy is for producing sperm for childless couples to have babies. Trent does not have sex and remains a virgin.

On the episode, "Making Babies - Fertility Crisis" airing October 24, Trent share his experience as a serial sperm donor. He has donated to at least 50 couples, helped conceive 17 children to date and currently has eight women pregnant.

Trent has been under investigation by the FDA, who wants to shut him down. He has what he calls a "mini apartment" attached to his place where the couples go to inseminate themselves after he gives them sperm.
